Probeer je spieren te ontspannen, dit doe je door je aandacht naar je lichaam te brengen. Haal dan nog een keer diep adem en ontspan je lichaam nog een beetje meer. Leg de focus even op je onderbuik en voel bewust de rust die daar aanwezig is. We zijn er dan van heilig van overtuigd dat dit standpunt het juiste is. Maar klopt dit wel? Dient een bepaald standpunt jou, of zijn er meerdere perspectieven hoe je naar iets kunt kijken? Zou zomaar kunnen dat je ontdekt dat geen enkel standpunt de juiste is. Of ze zijn allemaal juist.Een standpunt zet jou vast, het staat je in de weg om fris en nieuw in het moment te zijn. Laat je standpunt eens los en kijk dan eens wat er gebeurt.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 15pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; letter-spacing: -1.15pt;\">Vaak denken we dat we moeten reageren op wat er gezegd wordt, we reageren dan ook op alles wat aan ons verschijnt. Telkens als we reageren, verlaten we onze eigen kern. In plaats van reageren kunnen we er ook voor kiezen om te luisteren en tegelijkertijd te rusten in jezelf. Dat noemen ze \u2018bij jezelf blijven\u2019.Als je dit oefent wordt de behoefte om altijd te reageren minder.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 15pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; letter-spacing: -1.15pt;\">Als je iets gaat doen wat jezelf heel leuk vindt, zal jouw enthousiasme en vreugde besmettelijk zijn. Hoe heerlijk is dat?<\/span><\/p><p align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 15pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; letter-spacing: -1.15pt;\">We zijn zo gewend aan hoe iedereen communiceert dat we niet in de gaten hebben dat er van liefde weinig of geen sprake is. Het kan zelfs beangstigend of raar zijn voor mensen om liefdevol te spreken omdat ze het niet gewend zijn. Ze voelen er zich ongemakkelijk door. Als je over deze angst heen stapt, kun je een voorbeeld zijn voor anderen.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 15pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; letter-spacing: -1.15pt;\">Als de ander een actie doet die jij nooit zou doen, probeer dan te begrijpen dat de ander niet over de informatie beschikt , waar jij wel over beschikt. Dat is een beweging vanuit het hart.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 15pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; letter-spacing: -1.15pt;\">Als je alert en aanwezig wil zijn in het moment, kun je je tempo iets naar beneden halen. Bijvoorbeeld langzamer lopen of even letten op je ademhaling. Jouw denken even onderbreken, al is het 3 sec. Je wordt je dan even heel bewust van jezelf en je bent in het moment. Je kan het een aantal keren doen per dag, het geeft je even een moment van ontspanning.<\/span><\/p><p align=\"center\">\u00a0<\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 6pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 15pt; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; letter-spacing: -1.15pt;\">Heb je gras in de tuin? Ga dan eens met blote voeten op het gras staan en voel eens heel bewust wat het met je doet. Ben je vol van prikkels of heb je een drukke dag achter de rug, ga dan met je rug plat op het gras liggen met opgetrokken benen zodat je voetzolen de aarde raken, jouw armen wijd\u00a0 met de handpalmen op het gras. Zo ontlaadt het lichaam zich van de prikkels en tevens laadt\u00a0 het lichaam zich vanzelf weer op met frisse energie.
